About Us

About Kubeadapt

We think cost optimization and sustainability belong in the same conversation.

Who We Are

The People Behind Kubeadapt

Two founders. One obsession: making Kubernetes waste visible.

Our Story

We ran Kubernetes in production for years. The cost waste was always there: idle pods, oversized requests, deployments nobody remembered. The CNCF FinOps microsurvey found that overprovisioning is the most common factor driving cloud waste, yet most teams still lack the visibility to act on it. We built Kubeadapt to close that gap.

Why We Built It

We've been around Kubernetes long enough to know how much compute gets wasted in most clusters. We built Kubeadapt because we needed it ourselves.

Our Mission

Show engineering and FinOps teams what they're actually using versus what they're paying for. Make the environmental cost of that gap visible. Once people see the numbers, they make better decisions on their own.

Our Vision

Kubernetes clusters that run what they need. Teams that know their savings and their environmental impact. Sustainability as part of how you manage infrastructure, not a report you file once a year.

Global Reach

Optimizing Clusters Worldwide

Kubeadapt monitors Kubernetes clusters across AWS, GCP, and Azure regions worldwide. Real-time cost optimization recommendations run continuously across every connected cluster.

Our Approach

How We Build

How we think about building infrastructure software.

01

Data-Driven Decisions

Every recommendation starts with real metrics from your cluster: CPU, memory, network, carbon. No guesswork, no manual spreadsheets. The platform shows you exactly what's wasted and what to do about it.

02

Customer-Centric Development

Our feedback board is public at feedback. We listen to what operators need and prioritize what aligns with our product vision.

03

Continuous Innovation

eBPF-based observability and rightsizing recommendations. Most platforms stop at cost. We built efficiency-awareness into the core from day one.

04

Security First

Read-only cluster access by default. No credentials stored. We designed Kubeadapt so your security team says yes, not 'let us review this for six months.' See our security & data collection page for details.

Our Values

What We Stand For

What we won't compromise on.

Transparency First

Open roadmap and public feedback board. We build where you can see us.

Sustainability Built In

Every recommendation includes its CO₂ impact. Saving compute isn't just a cost decision, it's an environmental one.

Built for FinOps Roles

DevOps sees rightsizing recommendations, platform teams see capacity trends, finance sees cost allocation. Same data, different views.

Cost Transparency

Namespace-level cost breakdown, per-workload attribution, and discount-aware pricing in one view. You see where the money goes without building dashboards yourself.
